Support to the Youth Wind and Percussion Orchestra by restructuring a musical education program for 220 children and young people (with different levels of musical knowledge) and professionalizing the musical ensemble, composed of 24 students. In addition, the cluster promotes concerts of the Orchestra for big audiences and develop masterclasses with European musicians for the students.
